A: When you have a FaxOut credits balance of zero and you do not receive any faxes for 90 days, your account will be suspended and your fax number will be re-allocated to a new user. The FaxFX Support Department can only restore a fax number if the number in question is available. Note that in the event that the FaxFX Support Department can restore the fax number, only the number can be restored and not the account history (archived faxes).
